eBay Breaks Sell Your Item Form, I Fix It

in Web

eBay has introduced a bug into their Sell Your Item (SYI) seller listing form that stops the form from being accepted. They have been adding improvements (link) lately, and it looks like they didn’t test the latest changes before the weekend. I was able to find some discussion in the eBay forums that details a workaround until eBay can fix the problem (link).

The shipping section isn’t loading correctly if you try to use the default flat rate option. An easy way to get it to reload the section is to switch to one of the other shipping options in the dropdown menu before switching back to flat rate. Then you can fill out the shipping info and it will work.

I hope this helps some people out their in their eBay endeavors.
