Yahoo! Search Developer Network and Search Web Services

in Search

Yahoo has created a developer network that has documentation on their recently released APIs allowing you to create your own scripts that use results from Yahoo’s various search services. Image, Local, News,Video, and Web search are supported. They have also created a community for developers to showoff their applications and discuss them and the Yahoo APIs. There is even a weblog and a wiki.

Yahoo lately has been coming out with some interesting and innovative services. Maybe they need some summer work done, and I just happen to be available. And I might even write up a script using their API if I can come up with a good, unique idea.
