Google Web Accelerator Still Available

in Google

The Google Web Accelerator works with your browser to help speed up the display of web pages. It sends page requests through Google machines and caches frequently viewed pages. It also can prefetch certain pages, and compresses data before sending it to your computer. The download was taken down a while ago due to security concerns and having enough beta testers, but you can still download the program if you go to http://webaccelerator.google.com/index.html in Firefox. It may not be available all the time, it seems to come up at sporadic times.
