I just did a google search and 3 images were shown at the top of the listing along with a link to images for that Google search. I had heard about this a few weeks ago but this is the first time I know of it in a US search. It is also the first time I have seen it. The search was for Vera Farmiga. I have tried other search terms but none so far have shown images.
