T-shirt of the Day: Pro Domino Association

The T-shirt of the Day is a new feature here at JasonBlogs.com. Every day I will write a post about the shirt I am wearing for the day. As I almost always wear a t-shirt that is what you can expect to see. It will include a story related to the shirt, random other bits, a picture of the shirt, and a link to where it comes from (when such link exists).

Today’s T-shirt is from the Professional Domino Association, specifically the 2006 PDA Tour. It was given to me by a friend who didn’t want it, and it was so strange I couldn’t pass up the chance to take it. So who’s up for some dominoes? I need to start learning if I plan to do this shirt justice. While I can setup a great line of dominoes to knock down, I don’t think that’s how you play.

Threadless Holiday Sale Ends Thursday

Threadless has been running a holiday sale whereby their shirts are only $10 each. The sale ends this Thursday, so check them out if you haven’t already. Otherwise there’s always next year. (See my previous post on them)

Threadless Offers Creative T-shirts On Sale

Threadless allows site members to submit T-shirt designs, and every so often the other visitors vote on them to see which ones will get printed. They then make limited runs, and will reprint shirts if there is enough interest in them. They are currently running a $10 sale (shirts usually cost $15 at Threadless). I picked up 3 (a pig eating bacon, 3 military police with guitars, and a giant panda being attacked by tanks and helicopters). Check it out, you may find something interesting and it may still be in stock.
