I just realized that in the "Get Info" option for a song in iTunes you can go to the "Options" tab and adjust the volume of a song. I'm not sure how long this has been here, but after buying The Pussycat Dolls - When I Grow Up from Amazon MP3 I wanted to lower the volume since it sounded louder than most of my other songs.
