Well here’s that web developer job opening I was talking about. Since I can’t take the job I figured I would put it out to others.

Analog Method is a dynamic New York City web development shop looking for an on-site Web Developer skilled in CSS, ASP.NET, JavaScript and cross-browser compatibility to take a lead role in developing high quality websites and Web applications.

Position: Web Developer

Analog Method is looking for an on-site Web Developer skilled in CSS, ASP.NET, JavaScript and cross-browser compatibility to take a lead role in developing high quality websites and Web applications, including the hosted portal solution of our sister company, Channeltivity.

Job Requirements:

• Good knowledge of CSS and HTML. If you can make things look pretty, even better.
• Experience developing for multiple platforms and browsers. IE 5 on a Mac…maybe not.
• Understanding of web application development. We have intense web-based relationships with C#/.NET and SQL server.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills. There is no “I” in Team unless you spell it wrong.
• Organized with attention to detail. Most computers these days dot their i’s and cross their t’s automatically, but that’s not what we mean.
• Strong problem-solver. Not that we ever have problems.
• Self-motivated with a passion for the Web and technology. And putting golf balls in the hallways.
• Willing to work on-site at our office in midtown Manhattan, conveniently located near Grand Central and Penn Station. And we have Olive Garden, TGI Friday’s, Bubba Gump and all these other awesome eateries nearby too!
• Knowledge of Flash and ActionScripting a plus. You’ll get a gold star next to your desk if you know that.
